TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement covers the provision of Lifeworks
programmes to clients. It is based on the foundation
of honesty, integrity and mutual co-operation.
Lifeworks undertakes to agree with clients, in writing,
the questions that they want answered and the outcomes
they wish to achieve during the programme. Lifeworks
then promises to help the client attain all of these
by working through the programme. Lifeworks promises
the client that all information provided will be kept
strictly confidential, except where mutually agreed.
Examples may be used anonymously from time to time for
the express purpose of helping and inspiring other clients.
(e.g. (One of our clients had a similar problem. Their
solution was …."). You may specify anything that you
wish to keep completely confidential.
Lifeworks promises to operate with honesty and integrity
at all times to assist clients in achieving their aims.
We will challenge, support, coach, question, guide,
and otherwise support the client in pursuit of the agreed
aims. These aims may be altered by mutual agreement
as the programme unfolds if desired.
You, the client, similarly promise to operate with complete
honesty and integrity at all times in your dealings
with Lifeworks, based on mutual trust and co-operation.
You undertake to provide the agreed remuneration for
the service at the specified times, and undertake to
keep any agreed appointments wherever possible, or to
provide at least 24 hours advance notice of any need
to reschedule appointments on the rare occasion where
a change is absolutely necessary. You agree to undertake
the programme with the expressed desire of considering
improvements in your career and/or life, and are willing
to undertake the work and actions necessary to achieve
your agreed aims. You recognize that complete and frank
disclosure of pertinent issues is required, and that
withholding important information may jeopardize the
process and invalidate the guarantee.
You agree to the following statement, which is intended
to be legally binding:
"I am fully responsible for all
of my own decisions and actions. Although I may chose
to listen to the coaching, advice and guidance provided
by Lifeworks International, I remain fully responsible
for myself - Lifeworks has no liability whatsoever for
the consequences of any decisions or actions that I
chose to make. I remain at all times 100% responsible
for my choices, decisions and actions in my life. I
accept that the final choice for my decisions and actions
in life rest with me.
I understand that I am hereby agreeing to pay for the
whole of the programme, at the agreed rate, even though
the payments may be in stages, and that full payment
is due and NON-REFUNDABLE (except under the terms of
the guarantee). I promise full payment for the whole
programme. I understand that if I chose not to complete
the programme for whatever reason, that full payment
is still due. I am committed to completing the programme
and deriving the full benefit of the programme. If at
any stage I am not satisfied with the service, I will
communicate this to Lifeworks and give
them the opportunity to rectify the situation with me.
If I am pleased and delighted with the services provided,
I will consider providing testimonials to help inspire
I promise NOT to copy or use any of the ideas from Lifeworks for purposes of personal or financial
gain, or to pass them to others, or use them in business,
without the express written permission of Lifeworks. I recognize that Lifeworks
has been established with the intention of serving people
in helping them to make the most of their lives for
the benefit of themselves, their families, their communities,
and the world. I undertake to behave with the utmost
integrity in all matters relating to Lifeworks.
I understand that this document is intended to be a
legal and mutually binding agreement between the two
parties, namely myself (the client) and Lifeworks."

Orders for physical goods are usually shiped within 2 working days from receipt of payment. Items are shipped via Royal Mail first class or air mail services. Please contact us if your order hasn't arived withn 14 days.
Orders for electronc products are usually delivered immediately by email or download page, but can take up to 24 hours. Please contact us if your order hasn't arived withn 24 hours.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - Books, recordings and courses
Lifeworks offers an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your subscription or return any book, audio CD, DVD, recording or course, at your own expense, within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund your payment in full.
REFUNDS - Live events
If you need to cancel a workshop booking, or one-to-one coaching call, you will be entitled to the followng refunds:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the event - 100% refund
Cancellation between 7 and 29 days before the event - 50% refund
Cancellation with less than 7 days before the event - zero refund
These cancellation rates are required due to the costs incurred by Lifeworks in organising live events. We will, wherever possible, offer alternative events and dates in the event of cancellation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Lifeworks International asks you for basic information
to allow us to reply to you. We also ask you to complete
some information to help our survey tracking trends
across countries. We obtain various information during
the course of working with you to help you meet your
goals, which is kept confidential. We also ask for payment.
You can pay by credit card via the internet, or over
the telephone, or face to face, or by cheque (UK only)
- the choice is yours.
2. How the information is used?
Information about you is used in communicating with
you and to assist you in attaining want you want from
the programmes. All information is kept confidential.
Information for the survey is used for numerical purposes
only to track trends across countries. This information
is also kept confidential. We respect the confidentiality
of anything that you disclose to us, along similar lines
to a client doctor/therapist relationship - complete
confidentiality for the client. Some satisfied clients
agree to provide quotes or make available their stories
to help inspire others. This is only done with their
expressed permission. As per our stated terms and conditions
when you enrol, we ask for your permission to use examples
anonymously to help other clients. You are free to decline
to do so.
3. With whom your information is shared?
Lifeworks does not provide ANY information
to outside parties for marketing, research, mailing
lists or other similar uses by outside parties. We respect
your privacy. Information is only used to provide the
services and information to you. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
4. Safeguards used to protect on-line credit card
Lifeworks International utilises all of the necessary
safeguards for on-line credit card transactions, in
keeping with banking regulations and industry safeguards.
The business has been approved for use with the major
point on the web-site, for example after completing
one of the free self-tests. Cookies also provides us
with information about the most and least visited pages
